SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Training with a friend or a Team-mate is a  popular choice for players we work with.  At NBFT we believe  that direct competition help make sessions more effective. Some players find they are more likely to work harder and get  more out of the session.  Small groups are  limited to 6-8 players and all  train with the same ball size and are of similar ability in order to get the most out of each session.

• Dribbling/ Running with the ball
• Skills, Tricks and Ground Moves
• Passing
• Ball Control
• Keeping Possession
• Turning/ Changing direction
• Shooting
• Shielding/Strength on the ball
• First touch and ball control
• Improvement of general technique
